I dug up my fabric scraps and cut several strips about 6 inches long by 1-2 inches wide:
And then I grabbed some cording I had on hand from when I made leis out of yarn and tied off the ends and just started knotting the fabric around the cording and scrunching the ties together.
And before you know it.... you've got a gorgeous garland ready to hang!
This one is about 52 inches long and can go just about anywhere, along a shelf, above a doorway, as a table runner... the possibilities are endless!
